If you have been out to see live music in Long Island over the last twenty-five years (or just spent time as a barfly!), there's a good chance you've seen and heard Rich playing keyboards and singing. A longtime fixture on the local scene, Rich has done long stints in many cover and tribute bands including the very popular local Billy Joel tribute Songs in the Attic; Foreigner tribute Head Games, with which he's played all around the country; NYC-based 80's tribute bands Rubix Kube and the Ronald Reagans; local Bad Company tribute band MadCo, in which he opened for Eddie Money, Bret Michaels and Zebra; and can currently be seen gigging with the well-respected L.I.-based classic rock tribute show band Buttered Soul and several other outfits, in addition to his latest project, eclectic soul-rockers Schroeder's Ghost. A Fab Four fanatic, he has performed with both the successful Beatles tributes Strawberry Fields and Liverpool Shuffle; shared stages backing up 60's rocker Mitch Ryder, 80's pop icon Bonnie Tyler, and (again!) Bret Michaels, as well as playing in way more local bar bands than we have server space to list here. When not making music, Rich can most often be seen cruising the local and not-so-local waterways on his waverunner a good eight months out of the year!
